Passion Fruit Sorbet

Simple as ABC.

Blend the passion fruit (I used 6 passion fruits), add in diluted sugar syrup (2 tbsp) to taste...  

Mix well...

Then, just casually leave the mixture into the freezer... Get the mixture out from the freezer and stir every 30 mins until you get the sorbet texture... 

Easy, huh??
