Photolog #13: Japchae

Made Japchae (Korean glass noodle dish) for lunch today!
Loved it!


Ingredients:
- shitake Mushrooms
- Sliced beef (marinated in sesame oil, teriyaki soy sauce, normal light soy sauce)
- sliced carrots
- Korean cellophane noodles
- minced garlic
